Now that github-getter is not keeping node_modules, the dependencies are being re-downloaded every time a project runs npm install. Not really sure how this can be helped...

This can be solved by keeping a separate node_modules dir for each project, and using npm prune; npm update to keep dependencies up-to-date.

Or, as it is now NPM independent, separate processing directories.
