Group File Management

1. On Launch, run a whoami to get the current user
2. Create a group (hostsmanager)
3. Change the fs permissions to allow the group to read and edit
4. Add current user to group

• On Launch, verify these permissions by verifying the group exists and the file's permissions match what is expected
