Please ... need to have this app at version Odoo v16.

We need to have this app "Telegram Integration" at version Odoo v16.
It's asking "Python library not installed: pyTelegramBotAPI "
I installed on debian 10 "pip3 install pyTelegramBotAPI"  but it still requires it... so it means this app is still to the old pip
