Add feature to test the connection #299
Description
Currently, the connection to Itential Platform only happens when a tool is invoked. If the connection is not properly configured (bad credentials, bad IP, etc), it won't be known until someone calls a tool and a failure is returned. This idea defines a new feature to be added to the server that will allow the connection to be attempted.
The proposal is to add a new CLI command to test the connection and a new configuration option to test connection when the server first starts. It will be off by default to maintain compatibility with the current server behavior.
