Update to use python 3.13 wasm wheels

New jupyterlite 0.7 uses python 3.13 wheels with pyodide.  that means that we should updated to use latest python 3.13 wasm wheel in notebooks.  A manual update should be done, or better, find a way to use the python version that runs jupyterlite and use that one to select the version of the wheel.
