Rotation of Any Shape causes clips its bounds

I am using this amazing library, and specifically StarView, it is working fine.
But If I want to rotate this view, it causes to clip to its bounds, and does not show the full view after applying rotation.
Although I do not set clip to bounds to true in interface builder.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
