Random programs with outputs that depend on program arguments

As the title suggests, I am looking for randomly generated programs that produce output that is dependent on on the input (cmd arguments). Does Yarpgen (or an extension thereof) offer this ability? The behaviour should still be deterministic and always output the same value for the same inputs.
