Increase XDP frame size to 3.5KB?

As the README says:

Note that XDP is blocked for frame sizes larger than 3KB.

3KB happens to be just a little bit too small for my application.

I tried modifying the ICE_RXBUF_3072 macro in ice_txrx.h to use 3584 instead of 3072. And as far as I can tell, everything works fine, including my application.

Of course, I have no idea where this limit comes from. Is this small increase safe? If so, would you be amenable to a pull request along these lines?
