Clean up README

[rcarmo]

Need to clean up README.md to cover the following:

• Platform coverage (armhf hasn't been re-added/tested yet)
• Alpine versions in use
• Explicit links to Travis for logs and package versions
• Overall cleanups of version numbers, sizes, etc.
