CoC Agreement in Spirit Clarifications #19
Description
We should clarify on the CoC that members must abide by the CoC in spirit as well as in word. I.e. even if something is not explicitly against the CoC, a user can still be banned at the discretion of the moderators for not participating in the spirit of the group.
