Thank you for developing such a wonderful tool. The TiRP score was highly robust for various datasets as far as I've tried, and I'm very satisfied with the quality in addition to the idea itself.

By the way, I'm very curious about the TiRP score in mouse T cells. Could you kindly share the demo notebook for the mouse TiRP score calculation?
