Exception comma when Decimal Symbol is "," in setting windows region > additional setting

To solve this issue change need to change region > additional setting > decimal symbol into "."

exception when decimal symbol "," :

• SoxSharp.Exeptions.SoxException: 'Processing error: Volume value 0,7 is not a number
  When i tried to print inputFile.ToString() result is --volume 0,8
