[Question] Encounter dial tcp [::1]:8080: connect: connection refused

Hi, I just followed the installation instructions and did argo submit for your demo.yaml, and I encountered an error when I listed logs in Pod as follows: 
Post "http://localhost:8080/api/v1/template.execute": dial tcp [::1]:8080: connect: connection refused
My Argo Workflows version is 3.5.1 and please help me figure out why the error happens.
