Latest chapter, if an extra, won't be titled correctly #72

@10SecondsToWaste

Description

@10SecondsToWaste

I ran this command:

$ mloader --title 100587 --out out --last --chapter-subdir --raw

The result looks like this:

out
└───Care For Something Sweet
    └───Care For Something Sweet - 0ex (web) [Unknown]
            Care For Something Sweet - 0ex (web) - p000 [Unknown].jpg

To the best of my knowledge, Care For Something Sweet - 0ex (web) [Unknown] is not valid per the naming scheme.

The bug does not affect non-latest extra chapters. For example, the chapter with ID 1026748 comes after chapter 77 of Hope You're Happy, Lemon, so it gets the name c077x1:

$ mloader --chapter 1026748 --out out --last --chapter-subdir --raw
out
└───Hope You Re Happy Lemon
    └───Hope You Re Happy Lemon - c077x1 (web) [Unknown]
            Hope You Re Happy Lemon - c077x1 (web) - p000 [Unknown].jpg

Is there a reason why the name isn't set correctly when the extra chapter is the latest?
