Feature Request: Enable / Disable Users

Thank you for a wonderful application.

New Feature:

1. in the Settings > User Management, please have an option for the Administrator to Enable / Disable Users.
2. Suggestion: change the location of the name of the logged in user from the Top-left menu to the top-right
