Binary/appended storage not supported?

Hi, I was using your excellent simple_vtk for a while. Sometimes I need to use binary format, since ascii does not store NaN values (at least not in a way that Paraview can read it back). As far as I understand, only ASCII storage is supported at the moment? Cheers!
