Ubuntu 18.04 - Package 'libprocps4-dev' has no installation candidate

Doesn't seem to be an Ubuntu 18 package for libprocps4-dev

I got a same problem here

then it works after I replace libprocps with the 4 version , which is libprocps-dev .
and you need to change the installation command .
