Document possible glibc compatibility issues

Since we're building Linux binaries using Ubuntu 14.04, that means we're inherently using glibc 2.14.

This could introduce some compatibility issues with older Operating Systems that use an older glibc.

Such a case was found and worked-around in matsumotory/rcon#4

It might be good to document this somehow, open to suggestions!
