Implement flags for 65C02 variants #3
Description
Specifically, flags to control:
(1) - rockwell (and wdc) extensions (RMB/SMB/BBR/BBS)
(2) - wdc only extensions (WAI/STP)
Currently (1) is enabled and (2) is disabled
Which matches the Rockwell R65C02 processor
