Create a dedicated text area in the UI for world state

This would be for items with a lower rate of change, such as:

• Altitude
• The current ecoregion / biome
• Current terrain type
• Current land cover / vegetation cover
• Temperature
• Season
• Time of day
• Weather

Note that each of the above items will need its own ticket ...
