AddFixedPriceItem ‘The shipping conditions you specified are invalid’

I am using the trading API AddFixedPriceItem.

First Problem:
Sometimes ebay-api gives the following error message back.

It doesn't always happen but in 40% of cases when listing on eBay.

The business policies are mapped and the ID is transferred. That's why I don't quite understand it:

Second problem:
Some users always get this message immediately. However, if the user manually lists on ebay without ebay-api, it works. In my opinion this should just be a warning or am I wrong?

First error:
Can you show me the original error from the API? If this happens only 40% of cases, maybe you should post it in eBay forum.

I think, the second error was already reported here: #17
It does look like a warning and can be ignored. However, it should fixed in 9.2.0-RC.0 .

It would be great to have the original error response also.
