Description
Describe the bug
classes with weapon specializations have much lower accuracy with the weapons they are specialized in than classes which pick the same weapon specialization as a bonus talent.
To Reproduce
Just start 2 new games.
First one as a soldier and right after the game gives you control over your character take note of what the targeting reticle and weapon spread look like with a shotgun, and an assault rifle
Start second game as an adept/engineer/sentinel, pick shotgun/assault rifle specialization and take note of what the targeting reticle and weapon spread look like with that weapon.
Soldier will be less accurate with shotguns and ARs that the other classes with the same specializations as bonus talents.
The difference is staggering, classes which get specializations by default need to invest significant amount of points into their specializations to reach the same level of accuracy as the other classes have right at the start.
Expected behavior
The size of the aiming reticle among all classes with the same weapon specialization should be the same irrespective of whether they have it by default or as a bonus talent. I think it should be the less accurate one because the more accurate one makes weapons too accurate and as a result the game is easier on insanity than the original ME1 on normal.
Other Considerations
I don't think it makes sense for this to be intended behavior. Why should classes like vanguard and soldier be worse with shotguns than an adept. Sentinel with AR specialization is better with ARs than a soldier, Engineer with sniper rifle specialization is better with it than an infiltrator etc.
