Compatibility with node-sass using webpack #46

Please see my thread on node-sass for more details. Tldr; this package is changing the name of process.versions.node to 11.0.0-nightly20180719373aae1f86 which is making node-sass think that version 10 is being used. Is it? sass/node-sass#2460
