Migrate to Apache Common HTTP

It is becoming obvious that APIWrapper can be simplified by using 3rd party libs, which implements low level working with HTTP. Seem like Apache Common HTTP suitable lib for this, moreover, it is already some libs from Apache Commons in dependencies of API Wrapper.
