Call for creating of attachment should return id and hash

At current moment after creating of attachment returned only hash of attachment, but not an id. At the same time delete of attachment are performed by id. So it is not possible to delete created attachment. Create endpoint should be return hash + id or delete endpoint should delete attachment by hash.
