UI/UX issue when adding new code catcher

I was helping a friend set up Code Catcher on their device.  We were convinced it was broken, but I figured out that it is a UI/UX issue.  When adding a new catcher, the user must scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page to reveal the Save button.  It's not obvious and can result in new catchers not getting saved.
