Be careful about interpreting budget tendencies in MOM6

@klindsay28 points out in NCAR/MOM6#215 that, for non-native grid, the layer-integrated tendency diagnostics do not actually correspond to changes in layer properties. Native coordinates are unaffected, so I could recommend working with those in the meantime.
