RewardController wrong behaviour.

0x145f39b3c6e6a885aa6a8fade4ca69d64bab69c8

0x145f39B3c6e6a885AA6A8fadE4ca69d64bab69c8
because of AA vs aa and because of this
/history/rewards/SUSHI_MIS_USDT returns empty result.
but
/history/rewards/0x145f39B3c6e6a885AA6A8fadE4ca69d64bab69c8 returns proper result.

Need to check if it related to wrong test data or deficient logic.
