Receiving attachments slow

Receiving attachments using this mailserver is incredibly slow when attachments are large. Could you shed some light on this?

I ran into this issue also. It turns out that a mayor slowdown is because of the provided example code.
For each line (seems to be mostly 79 bytes per line) received the file is opened written to and closed.

I changed the code to open the file in the DataStart method and close it in the DataEnd. Just make sure to associate each open file with the session. I also removed the Console.Writelines since they also slowed down things.

It is still not as fast as I would expect, but I am not running into timeouts anymore. Still takes about 30 seconds to receive 3MB (client and server running on the same machine).

BTW Also running in Debug is way slower than running Release
