Feature Request : Multiple monitors to one Hyperion instance #19

Hi thanks for the good work on this !
I would like to be able to send both of my displays to Hyperion so I could have LEDs on both monitors using only one instance.
Actually, if configure both displays at the same IP, only the highest (lowest number) priority gets used by Hyperion.
So it would be awesome to be able to select which displays we want and arrange them as we want.
Be able to define the coordinates of the zone we want would work also.
