Settings dialog error

Fresh/first time installation of ScreenCap 1.4, a click on "Close and save" will lead to the following error

Access denied to C: ..... .tmp

ScreenCap runs without admin privileges which is for sure the cause, maybe you want to save the settings in %appdata%
