OSX SDK not injected

Allow user to provide pre-made SDK tarball, or failing this, if we're on a Mac find some Xcode and make it.

SDK is now injected from user specified location
Travis build requires accessible SDK, currently using mazaclub's via hardcoded S3 link. must changes this to user variable
