Multichannel file datatype on mask input crashes processing pipeline #102
Description
Describe the bug
In the preprocessing pipeline, if the secondary input is set to filetype multicolor then causes a crash (possibly as the image becomes 4 dims instead of 3)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 initialize reader with both multicolor setting
2 enable preprocessing
3 pass an image through the pipe
Expected behavior
image passes through with no problem, gets augnebted
