Ephemeral builds #7
Description
Staging builds should disappear after a configurable amount of time. The default configuration should be server-wide, and specified in config/jetway.yaml.
On a project-by-project basis, preview builds should be deleted after X days of no updates.
Once a build is deleted, its fileset should be completely removed, but the preview domain should not be released. Project owners should still be able to "squat" a preview domain.
