Fix behaviour when user starts to scroll before load scroll is triggered

Current state

It is not handled directly, but there is a 500 ms timeout after which load scroll is not triggered. So if user starts scrolling after 500 ms from DOMContentLoaded, scrolling is not hijacked by SmoothScroll.

Wanted state

Script should listen to scroll events and cancel load scroll triggering regardless of any time measure.
