Issues Receiving SMS USA

Hi,
I have SMS set as the only 2FA method on my account and I want to add another method. However, I do not receive SMS 2FA codes which are required for adding email as a second method or sending bitcoin which I need to do soon. Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this.
