It was clear from the WOMAD tutorial that everyone is more engaged when they are all trying to compare results. The setup there was 10 teams of two people. Where 2 teams were always sitting next to each other.

Could we use "gamification" to get people even more into this? And in a way that people are a bit timid aren't pushed out of the way?

Possibilities:

  1. In the first part they are asked how they learned. Give out sheets of paper to each quasi team of 4, have them write down what they learn and how they learned. Then ask them to say. Can we also guide it towards giving the answers that lead into ML?
  2. After running the fast training once to see how it works, let them go at it, and see how far they get
