How do you format the images in the logos to be readable without internet and fit within character limit? I used base64, but it's much too large.

If the image quality or resolution is lower, the base64-encoded string will also be smaller. However, high-quality or high-resolution images will result in much larger base64 strings. A useful tool for converting images to base64 is https://www.base64-image.de/.

To keep your HTML file size manageable, try reducing the image’s dimensions or compressing it before encoding. For logos, consider using SVG format if possible, as it’s often more compact and works well for simple graphics.

You can also use a PNG-to-SVG tool (for example, https://www.pngtosvg.com/ or https://picsvg.com/) to convert your image into SVG format. After converting, open the resulting .svg file with a text editor and copy the SVG <path ... /> elements (these are called SVG path data). You can then paste these inside an <svg> tag in your HTML, like this:
