Updating .textContent destroys rippled under Shady DOM #59
Description
Example: document.querySelector('paper-button').textContent = 'new text';
I'd expect the .textContent to be updated and the ripple to continue to work. Under Shady the ripple no longer works. Under native Shadow DOM everything is peachy: https://elements.polymer-project.org/bower_components/paper-button/demo/index.html?dom=shadow
