Allow to change CWE type #81

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The CWE entry for CVE-2020-9490 is wrong, but I can't be changed.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a way to change the CWE type as well.
Additional context
CWE types are currently fetched from NVD and "readonly" in the database.
