"Welcome to Testrun" & "Testing Finished" modal dialogs appear each time Testrun launched in new tab

Describe the bug
The "Welcome to Testrun" & "Testing Finished" modal dialogs appear each time Testrun is launched in new tab, as shown in below video. For info, the test that appears in the modal dialog is one that was carried out by a completely separate user on a completely separate machine.

To Reproduce
In terms of steps for the above video specifically:

1. Be using Testrun on another machine, carry out a test.
2. On a separate machine, launch Testrun in a new tab.
3. Issue observed.

Expected behavior
"Welcome to Testrun" dialog I guess should only appear on first run? Unsure how long/when the Google Analytics prompt should be cached for. Testing complete dialogue should only appear when test completes, and not on each subsequent load? There appears to be no way to 'okay' the fact that the test has completed and prevent the dialog from reappearing each time.

Environment (please provide the following information about your setup):

• Version: 2.1 with protocol (BACnet and Modbus) tests excluded from test pack.
