Oauth2l application is not opening in windows

hey, oauth2l is not opening. I have extracted using Winrar and after pressing on the application it is not opening . I have tried running as an administrator that is also not working. Where should I run the cmd: windows powershell or command prompt?

Hi there, oauth2l on windows should be run from command prompt - it is not a GUI application so double clicking without any parameters will most likely results in the program halting abruptly. You do not need administrator privilege. If you can share me a screenshot of any error messages you get when running it from the command prompt, I can help troubleshoot further. Thanks!
