Overwriting sudoers list for no reason

in line 111 ([ -f /etc/sudoers.pacnew ] && cp /etc/sudoers.pacnew /etc/sudoers)
The program replaces the current sudoers list with a backup, That is not needed and will overwrite the current user sudoers list
