unit health bar texture

Hello,

I was hoping to find a way to make the unit health bar texture solid vs stripped. I've tried to find a .tga file to simply add to the folder but without luck.   

Could you kindly let me know if this is possible to do in some way or another? I simply want the class color +name with no extra texture.
