[Suggestion] Default behaviour / Option to ignore totems

Problem

I play a shaman, and sometimes when I use my /ngcast macro my mouse happens to be hovering over a totem, resulting in me healing the totem instead of myself.

Suggest

Add option to ignore totems.

• By using the function UnitCreatureType("unitId") you can check if the given target is a Totem.
• In the case of a totem, dont cast the spell. Do an early return instead preventing any cast from being used.

Benefits

Avoiding spells on totems has the following benefits

• No more wasted time healing totems
• No more wasted mana healing totems
• No more wasted reagents buffing totems
• No more Hardcore character deaths due to a heal landing on a totem instead of the character that needed it.
