file output options (feature request)

Perhaps there is a reason that you haven't implemented this yet, but here's my request.

Ability to output file name according to tags.. Such as Author - Title.ext
Failing that (if tags are not there) copy the original filename and ext.
I'm getting filenames like authortitle.ext
