Add roles to validate an added setup in setup-profiles/ansible-playbook-test

The playbook (which is empty here) is to validate if required variables are defined and also to check if hosts are reachable, in an attempt to validate the setup as required.

There are quite a few checks that can be added to this (validate if all devices defined per host are available say), but to start with, we would need to validate,

• host reach-ability
• mandatory variables are defined
