Please auto-complete commands with hyphens

This used to work, but hasn't for some years. For example, bash autocompletion works for purgeorphans, but if I type wajig purge- then press Tab, nothing happens.

Currently updating wajig/bash_completion.d/wajig.bash to include the dash version of the commands for completion.

Installs from github will get this with each push. Distributions will get them with next update.

Happy to prioritise specific missing completions communicated in this issue.

Thanks for addressing this! dist-upgrade, purge-removed and purge-orphans are my personal bugbears, but it would seem simple, if boring, to just go through the entire list with reference to the source.
