Add support for VIDEO files #28

Description
For the VIDEO feature, this will be a list of video files stored on a user's pod. The files are expected to be short - perhaps 30s to 3m. Each file can be linked to a location on the map as listed under the LOCATIONS feature.
Be sure to use the generalised list widget created for the VIDEO feature.
Why
So that as a user I can upload the files to the pod, play the files from the list view, and delete the files. When I tap on a point of interest on the map the popup will include a video button to play the video.
