Add support for AUDIO files

Description

For the AUDIO feature, this will be a list of audio files stored on a user's pod. The files are expected to be short - perhaps 30s to 3m. Each file can be linked to a location on the map as listed under the LOCATIONS feature.

Be sure to create a generalised list widget so we can replicate this functionality with a list of videos, and potentially a list of other things, like history, bush tucker, ...

Why

So that as a user I can upload the files to the pod, play the files from the list view, and delete the files. When I tap on a point of interest on the map the popup will include an audio button to play the audio.

Closing Criteria

Checklist for closing the issue:

• No errors from make prep
• All tests pass make qtest
• Tap a point of interest on the map and then tap the associated audio button to playback the audio file.

Looking good.

Tap on the audio in the list and it plays just fine.

The popup window has an overflow issue though:
